Standard License

This license is reserved for individuals or freelancers. You can create and distribute graphics, logos, and artwork for display on any surface including computer screens, paper, physical products (t-shirts, mugs, etc.) or any other surface.

Web License

This license is only for the use of webfont files provided by Imoodev. The formats provided are WOFF and WOFF2. Webfont usage is limited by the number of monthly pageviews on your analytic tools, with no restriction on the number of domains and subdomains that have been specified in the purchase receipt. You can only embed webfonts on a hosting server that only the licensees own.

You may grant licensed Webfonts to the web developer that works specifically with you as long as the Webfont format is not edited or modified, and only if they agree to use Webfonts that are specific to your work and agree to the terms of this license. The third party does not store the copies of Webfonts when work is done. You might not be able to give Webfonts to other people or make Webfonts available to other people.

Digital License

Suitable for placing banners, digital ads, and posters on the Internet, as well as for advertising or monetized on social media (Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok). A broadcasting license enables the font to be utilised in media on TV and Cinema.

The App License for designers and developers building mobile applications for smart phones and wish to use one of our typefaces. You can embed these fonts into your applications for iOS, android, windows, Linux, or similar platform, the License also permits the use in Epubs.

The license may be used in personal and commercial projects, in various mediums, such as print media, online advertising, websites, and apps, without restriction.

LICENSE

OVERVIEW

You may not edit or modify these fonts. Converting to paths and editing in programs like Illustrator is allowed, provided the results are not converted back to font software for redistribution.

Redistribution of fonts is prohibited as the copyright remains with us.

Renaming or altering the font name is not permitted. This is not an original font creation and does not negate the original license terms. We can provide special font designs, adaptations, and related licenses for all your needs.

Creating new fonts based on these font elements is not allowed.

If you need the font for a campaign and require other agencies or individuals to use it, they must purchase their own license from us as the copyright holder. To do this correctly, include the retailer’s URL or Device (https://imoodev.com) in your materials. The retailer list is available in the “Fonts Device Information” file.

Respect for copyright is crucial – using non-licensed or adapted fonts can lead to costly legal consequences, including the removal of all infringing copies. Poorly adapted fonts often have serious technical and design flaws, such as missing kerning (contextual letter spacing), missing characters, incorrect spacing, faulty point construction, font ID clashes, and missing counters due to incorrect direction.
